MEET ERIC BRITTEN
President, Britten & Associates, LLC
Eric
established Britten & Associates, LLC based on his deep
convictions that all business owners and managers want
to make their businesses function smoothly, operate
profitably, grow sustainably and provide a secure future
for their owners and employees. He understands that in
the average business environment today there are a
myriad of distracting elements that can remove focus
from the critical levers that make that business
successful.
Eric spent his career
developing and using the models and skills that he
employs in his practice
drawing on resources from Fortune’s 100 Best, Forbes and
Malcolm Baldridge Award winners, the International
Productivity and Quality Center, the Balanced Scorecard
Collaborative, the American Society for Quality,
globally recognized management consulting organizations
and leading practitioners.
He truly believes that by
partnering with his clients, they can turn their
organizations into higher performing businesses
delivering better results critical to their success.
Eric is a Lean Six
Sigma Black Belt. He not only believes in balance in
business; his own life reflects a balance between his
work, the business community, the community at large and
his personal life.
Eric has received three Awards of
Excellence from his former employer, Horizon
Lines/Sea-Land Service, three Anchorage (Alaska) Community
Service Awards, and an Award of Excellence from the
Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation).
